As the last year I am entering this year's World Blogger Championship of Online Poker 2013 (WBCOOP) competition (last year I finished first in votes).
To enter I need to share the best moment I had on Pokerstars. I think this is a very interesting topic, so without further delay I present to you - My Best Moment on Pokerstars!
I suppose many bloggers will write how they received their first Royal Flush or hit a one outer. Well mine is slightly different.
It was a time during one of Pokerstars Billionth Hand promotions. I was involved in Pokerstars Twitter promotion, where lucky participants could win expensive tournament tickets. Well, I have not won, but that's not what the story is about.
One of the tasks in that promotion was to play a hand against Pokerstars Pro and share the hand via Boomplayer. The Highest BB's I could play at that time were 0.10/0.20USD according to my bankroll. However, it was the last day to complete the mission and none of the Pokerstars players were playing low stakes games. I found Sirfreddy83 sitting on a 0.50/1USD BB's Table, that was way above my bankroll (it was all of it!). I told to myself: ''Ernest, you are going to do it, but be extremely cautious''. I sat down, it was the biggest cash game I was ever a part of. After a couple of folds and wins of small pots, I was dealt Q10 of hearts suited. A player to my right raised to 2.75$, because I had a mediocre hand and a chance to play against a Pokerstars Pro I called. I thought, if he does not have a trash hand, he might call because he was on a Big Blind, but he folded as everyone else did. We were left to play heads-up.
Pot 6.65$ and we saw a flop. It was 10, 10, 5, no hearts. I did not panic, my first thought was - TRAP HIM (Or Her)!
My opponent checked, I made a small raise of 2$, opponent called. The Turn - BOOM A Queen. ''Hallelujah Jesus I have the second nuts'', was my first thought! The pot was 10.50$ and I started to think of how to keep my opponent in a pot. My opponent checked, I raised to 4$, and to my surprise player re-raised to 10.75$. After that I made a three-bet to 17.50$ and player called. Last Card 7, made a diamond flush possible, but that did not affect me. Opponent bet 12$, I bet my last 17.75$ and my opponent called. Opponent shown a pair of Kings and mucked the hand, I collected the 78.50$ pot and doubled my bankroll in less than 5 minutes! This was my best in-game moment on Pokerstars.

Other great moments I had on Pokerstars:
* As mentioned, I was the first in votes in last year's WBCOOP competition and had dozens of supporters. Too bad that the votes did not matter. However, it was amazing to be mentioned on Pokerstars blog! (Original post: http://www.pokerstarsblog.com/wbcoop/2012/wbcoop-best-blogger-award-special-announ-091527.html).
* During the most recent WCOOP series, my funny email that was sent to Joe Stapleton, who was a host of Pokerstars WCOOP radio got me an amazing Pokerstars Jacket, which I only wear in special occasions!
This is the original email I have sent:
Dear Uncle Joe,
I am really really upset,
Because every time I catch a set,
I always get super super wet.
Don't get me wrong it is just a sweat.
So a Spade Hooded Jacket is my request.
To be honest I do not have any problems with sweating. I am always very calm in my daily life, while doing business or study work and of course playing poker.
Even Pokerstars Pro Dale Philip himself congratulated me with this win (see picture below).
Thank you very much for reading, make sure to follow my posts about the upcoming WBCOOP Tournaments!
See you soon,
